Key Responsibilities
- Develop and refine the Australiance communication strategy to boost brand visibility, user growth, retention, and loyalty.
- Monitor and report on essential metrics such as engagement, retention, and referrals to guide marketing efforts.
- Facilitate improvements in processes and tools, including CRM platforms, shared resources, and proposal development.
- Mentor junior staff, interns, and newcomers on applications like Instantly and optimal social media techniques.
- Cultivate and expand community membership via personalized interactions, workshops, and ongoing outreach for Startup&Angels.
- Integrate new partners secured by the Partnership Manager.
- Oversee event conceptualization, logistics, and content production, such as podcasts and newsletters, to sustain and broaden community involvement.
- Collaborate with partners to achieve project objectives that meet community expectations.
- Manage full project lifecycle from inception through evaluation to ensure superior outcomes.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years in events, communications, community management, or similar areas.
- Demonstrated success in crafting and implementing strategies for communication and community that enhance engagement and expansion.
- Robust relationship-building abilities with varied stakeholders.
- Background in managing events and producing content like newsletters and podcasts.
- Superior organizational and project coordination capabilities, including handling multiple tasks under time constraints.
- Proactive mindset with enthusiasm for community development and creating meaningful change.
