Seeking a proactive Marketing Executive to assist in executing B2B events and campaigns throughout Southeast Asia, ideal for early-career professionals passionate about event coordination, campaign management, and partnering with Sales to boost customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Support full-cycle execution of B2B events like conferences, roundtables, networking sessions, and webinars.
- Handle event logistics including venues, vendors, registrations, and on-site arrangements.
- Manage attendee communications and facilitate seamless event experiences.
- Assist with on-site operations and resolve issues during events.
- Monitor attendance and conduct post-event follow-ups.
- Aid in marketing campaigns to promote event registrations and participation.
- Contribute to email invitations, landing pages, and basic promotional efforts.
- Prepare event resources such as slides, emails, and simple marketing materials.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams for alignment.
- Manage post-event leads, including data entry into CRM and handover to Sales.
- Maintain records for events, registrations, and campaign metrics.
- Partner with Marketing, Sales, and regional teams.
- Assist in adapting campaigns for Southeast Asian markets.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years in marketing, events, or campaign coordination.
- Prior experience in supporting or organizing B2B or corporate events preferred.
- Excellent organizational abilities to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Ease with hands-on and on-site event management.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Knowledge of Southeast Asian languages like Bahasa Malaysia, Thai, or Mandarin beneficial.
