AppGate is seeking a dedicated Junior Field Marketing Specialist to collaborate with North American sales teams in implementing localized marketing strategies, coordinating events and campaigns to generate top-of-funnel leads and support revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales to align on regional objectives, key accounts, and focus industries.
- Implement localized field marketing activities such as events, online promotions, and account-based efforts.
- Oversee planning and delivery for trade shows, on-site gatherings, and partnership activations.
- Administer allocated regional budget and monitor expenditures relative to targets.
- Aid in speeding up sales pipelines through campaign rollout, lead nurturing coordination, and performance analysis.
- Align sales teams with campaigns to promote prompt lead handling.
- Team up with demand generation and content groups to adapt materials for local relevance.
- Monitor and document the effectiveness of regional initiatives and their impact on pipelines.
- Collect input from sales in the region and relay it to the wider marketing group.
- Assess local requirements for content and occasions, then liaise with internal or external resources.
Qualifications
- 2–4 years in field marketing, demand creation, event coordination, or B2B marketing roles.
- Background in aiding sales in B2B tech settings.
- Exceptional organizational abilities, attention to detail, and capacity to juggle various projects.
- Effective interpersonal skills and proficiency in working across departments.
- Familiarity with sales and marketing software, including CRM systems, automation tools, and event management platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a similar discipline is preferable.
