Seeking a motivated Events Intern to support the Marketing & Communications team for a 6-month period, focusing on global in-person and virtual events in sustainability data and benchmarks for real assets. Ideal start in May, requiring work authorization in the Netherlands without visa sponsorship.
Key Responsibilities
- Support planning, logistics, and promotion of global events including webinars, in-person gatherings, and partner activities.
- Coordinate production elements like platform setup (e.g., Swoogo, Socialive, Zoom), briefing materials, and run-of-show documents.
- Assist with communications involving speakers, partners, and attendees.
- Collaborate on event-related digital marketing such as email campaigns, social media, and website updates.
- Maintain and update event content on the GRESB website and platforms.
Qualifications
- Pursuing or recently completed Bachelor’s or Master’s in Event Management, Business, Marketing, Communications, Sustainability, or related field; alternative disciplines with strong interest in events and sustainability considered.
- Self-motivated fast learner eager for real-world skill development.
- Excellent organizational abilities to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Clear professional English communication (spoken and written); additional languages advantageous.
- Detail-oriented and adaptable to fast-paced international settings.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); familiarity with Salesforce, Pardot, Canva, Adobe, Monday.com, Swoogo, WordPress, or similar tools beneficial.
- Available for office work in Amsterdam with legal right to intern in the Netherlands.
