In this entry-level position within our marketing team, you will support the Event Manager in executing and optimizing France’s events and marketing initiatives to drive lead generation, brand visibility, and measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the end-to-end coordination of external events including professional shows, roadshows, breakfast meetings, VIP evenings, trainings, and webinars by managing logistics, participant invitations, and on-site execution.
- Organize internal company events such as quarterly team gatherings, annual kick-offs, and the yearly French seminar.
- Help develop promotional campaigns across email, social, in-app, and other channels tied to events, alongside creating marketing materials including slides, banners, and print assets.
- Prepare creative briefs for designers or agencies, draft event-related blog content, and maintain competitive and sectorial intelligence on emerging trends.
- Track event budgets, order promotional items and materials, and compile post-event reports covering participation, ROI, and key performance indicators.
- Contribute to cross-functional marketing initiatives around nurturing, growth marketing, and product launches.
Qualifications
- Higher education in marketing or event management (Bac+3 or higher).
- Project management skills with strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Curiosity, willingness to learn, and a proactive, positive attitude.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear dialogue with vendors, clients, prospects, and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams in a transversal environment.
