Key Responsibilities

• Manage promotional booths at high-traffic events including the State Fair
• Greet and engage homeowners in a friendly, professional manner
• Educate homeowners about home improvement services to generate interest
• Collect accurate homeowner information for follow-up
• Maintain booth organization, energy, and cleanliness
• Collaborate within a motivated, results-driven team environment

Qualifications

• Outgoing and people-oriented personality with strong interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with grit and drive to succeed
• Excellent communication and active listening abilities
• Reliable transportation and availability for evenings and weekends
• Previous customer service, events, retail, or promotions experience is a plus, but not required
