Key Responsibilities
- Develop leads and schedule homeowner consultations during events
- Interact with participants to spark enthusiasm for Joyce offerings
- Demonstrate top-tier lead generation practices to guide the team
- Provide immediate coaching and encouragement to enhance team outcomes
- Assist in onboarding new hires via practical instruction
- Contribute to event preparation and dismantling in a collaborative setup
- Monitor and achieve daily performance goals for leads
- Regularly surpass targets for leads and appointments
Qualifications
- 1-2 years in event marketing, retail sales, canvassing, or lead generation
- Ambition to advance in leadership via exemplary performance
- Ease in initiating discussions with unfamiliar individuals
- Readiness to travel across Asheville and Greenville regions
- Adaptability for evening and weekend event schedules
