Bath & Cabinet Experts is looking for an energetic, entry-level Assistant Field Marketing Manager to assist in executing territory-level field marketing activities that generate sales leads and strengthen brand presence for a fast-growing home-improvement company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Field Marketing Manager with coaching, development, and motivation of a territory-level team
  • Plan, manage, and execute field marketing initiatives to produce high-quality sales leads
  • Oversee event calendars, including scheduling, logistics, execution, and post-event performance analysis
  • Represent company brands at events, retail locations, trade shows, and community engagements
  • Deliver confident, consultative conversations with prospective customers as a brand ambassador for Jacuzzi Bath Remodel and Skybrook Kitchen
  • Follow up on leads and schedule qualified sales appointments to support revenue growth
  • Conduct outbound calls and lead-nurturing outreach as needed
  • Track, analyze, and report event performance metrics to refine future strategies
  • Assist with new-market launches and onboarding/training of new team members

Qualifications

  • Energetic, outgoing, and confident when engaging diverse audiences
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or lead generation
  • Prior leadership or field marketing experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Self-motivated and able to excel in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
  • Flexible schedule with ability to work evenings and weekends
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally with branded materials
