Support the execution of Southeast Asia regional marketing initiatives, including events and demand generation, for a rapidly expanding global fintech firm specializing in cross-border payments and financial management, collaborating with marketing and sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in delivering the regional marketing schedule encompassing conferences, roundtables, webinars, and partner gatherings by managing timelines, logistics, registrations, production, and on-site operations to deliver superior attendee experiences.
  • Source and oversee venues, suppliers, and external partners such as production firms, printers, caterers, and event collaborators, while handling shipments of booth materials, merchandise, and promotional items.
  • Facilitate promotional efforts via email invitations, social media updates, landing pages, and sales collateral, coordinating with internal teams to boost participation and interaction.
  • Handle post-event lead management, ensuring accurate data entry into Salesforce, prompt transfer to sales development and sales personnel, and upkeep of CRM standards and reporting precision.
  • Collaborate with sales, sales development, product marketing, and regional partners, offering event details, participant analyses, and follow-up assistance.
  • Monitor essential metrics like registrations, attendance, marketing qualified leads, sales qualified leads, and pipeline impact, contributing to return on investment analyses for regional programs.

Qualifications

  • 2–3 years in field marketing, events marketing, campaign management, or demand generation, ideally in B2B, SaaS, fintech, or dynamic business settings.
  • Robust project management capabilities for handling concurrent deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and tools like Marketo, HubSpot, or equivalents.
  • Strong proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Desirable: Background in high-growth startups, scale-ups, or tech firms; involvement in Southeast Asia marketing efforts; proficiency in languages like Mandarin, Bahasa Indonesia, Thai, or Vietnamese; previous work with conferences, trade shows, or partner events.
