Support the planning and execution of regional events and field marketing activities to enhance brand visibility and cultivate sales opportunities in Southeast Asia for a fintech organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate complete execution of conferences, roundtables, webinars, partner events, and networking activities.
- Aid in event planning, registration handling, attendee outreach, and on-site management.
- Guarantee an efficient and polished experience for participants and partners.
- Orchestrate promotional efforts encompassing email invites, landing pages, social media posts, and sales materials.
- Boost registrations, participation, and interaction in marketing initiatives.
- Arrange venues, vendors, production support, merchandise, and logistics for event materials.
- Monitor schedules and confirm timely completion of all deliverables.
- Handle post-event lead integration and data accuracy in Salesforce CRM.
- Facilitate transfer of leads to sales development representatives and sales personnel.
- Contribute to performance metrics analysis covering registrations, attendance, leads generated, and pipeline impact.
- Collaborate with regional internal teams and external collaborators.
- Promote synergy among marketing, sales, and partnerships departments.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years in field marketing, events marketing, campaign management, or demand generation.
- Preference for background in B2B, SaaS, fintech, or dynamic commercial settings.
- Robust project management capabilities for handling concurrent deadlines.
- Proficiency with Salesforce and tools like Marketo, HubSpot, or equivalents.
- Superior English communication skills, both written and verbal.
