Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of regional events to drive brand visibility, relationship building, and revenue growth for a legal technology platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute regional tradeshows, conferences, and roadshows, owning timelines, logistics, and on-site coordination
- Manage vendors, production partners, and suppliers, overseeing booth builds, shipping, installation, and breakdown
- Ensure booth quality and experience through design reviews, quality checks, and issue resolution
- Align with marketing and sales on event goals, lead generation, capture, routing, and follow-up
- Define and track success metrics including leads, meetings, and pipeline impact, using data to optimize events
- Plan regional roadshows and programs to support account engagement and meaningful outcomes
- Apply project management discipline to handle priorities, identify gaps, and maintain stakeholder alignment
- Mentor team on execution standards, establish repeatable processes, and focus on customer-centric experiences
Qualifications
- 7+ years in B2B events, tradeshows, or event marketing
- Proven track record managing events end-to-end
- Strong vendor management and production expertise
- Experience with lead generation and sales team collaboration
- Understanding of events’ role in pipeline and revenue
- Preferred experience in SaaS or technology
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Ability to handle multiple events and priorities with attention to detail
