Swank Motion Pictures seeks a strategic, data-driven Marketing Automation & CRM Strategist to lead email and automation programs that drive revenue through advanced segmentation, lifecycle journeys, personalization, and ongoing optimization. The role serves as the internal Dynamics expert to enhance platform capabilities, data integrity, and results across lead generation, pipeline, retention, and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end email and marketing automation strategy, designing full-funnel lifecycle journeys including nurture, onboarding, engagement, cross-sell, renewal, and reactivation
- Implement behavioral triggers, dynamic workflows, and lead scoring in collaboration with sales and CRM teams
- Automate manual processes to boost operational efficiency
- Serve as primary marketing owner of Dynamics marketing automation, optimizing segmentation, personalization, and performance
- Ensure accurate data flow, integration, and tracking while establishing governance for database segmentation and workflows
- Develop advanced segmentation strategies across markets, personas, and buying stages using dynamic content and personalization
- Maintain data hygiene and refine audience targeting with CRM and sales partners
- Define and monitor KPIs linked to pipeline, retention, and revenue goals while analyzing performance to improve ROI
- Lead structured testing roadmap covering subject lines, cadence, segmentation, content, and send time
- Manage cross-market email marketing calendar, overseeing development, scheduling, QA, launch, and mobile optimization
- Guide copywriters and designers with messaging intent and optimization insights while aligning content with product marketing and sales strategies
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations, deliverability standards, and best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in email marketing, lifecycle marketing, or marketing automation
- Proven experience owning lifecycle marketing strategy end-to-end
- Strong content strategy skills with experience developing high-impact messaging frameworks in a B2B environment
- Demonstrated success driving measurable impact on engagement, pipeline, retention, or revenue
- Strong expertise in database segmentation, dynamic content, and workflow automation
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms; Dynamics 365 experience strongly preferred
- Experience implementing or optimizing nurture journeys and behavioral trigger campaigns
- Strong analytical skills with experience leveraging data to drive strategic decisions
- Experience aligning marketing automation with sales processes and CRM systems
- Working knowledge of email design best practices
- Excellent project management, cross-functional collaboration, and communication skills
