Temporary six-month contract role where the Email Marketing Specialist will build and run campaigns for a large member base, manage the affiliate channel end-to-end, and optimize performance across email and push channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Build email and push-notification campaigns, segment audiences, recommend test strategies, and maintain quality of all outbound sends
- Collaborate with the Engagement Manager to develop and execute evolving promotional strategy
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to deliver campaign assets on time and in line with company guidelines
- Own the campaign deployment calendar to keep all activities on track
- Partner with Design, Product, and Business Development teams to create campaign content
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders
- Identify new data opportunities to better serve partners
- Plan and execute sponsorship initiatives to strengthen partner relationships
- Produce partner-facing performance reports and extract insights to improve future campaigns
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience with enterprise-level email service providers (Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred, Braze, Hubspot, Sendgrid, etc.)
- Understanding of customer engagement principles, email best practices, testing, and optimization
- Ability to prioritize tasks and quantify the impact of work
- Strong written and verbal communication plus presentation skills
- High attention to detail, adaptability, and comfort with data visualization and KPI tracking
- Nice to have: experience with Looker, Tableau or similar visualization tools; basic SQL knowledge for audience segmentation; prior work in a scaling startup
