Own and evolve B2C member engagement for a fintech improving financial wellbeing for public sector workers, starting with mastery of the email channel and expanding into new campaigns and touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, write, build and send email campaigns driving member action and retention
  • Design and launch new channels and creative activations to reach public sector workers
  • Act as product expert, educating members and feeding insights back into the business
  • Track, analyse and present performance metrics to senior leadership with clear recommendations
  • Manage the full employee journey from initial touchpoint to active membership

Qualifications

  • Hands-on end-to-end campaign ownership experience
  • Outstanding copywriting skills across short and long form
  • Strong design sensibility and customer-experience instincts
  • Comfortable operating across the full marketing mix: copy, creative, CRM, data and experimentation
  • Self-starter mindset with ability to build from a blank slate
