Key Responsibilities
- Plan, write, build and send email campaigns driving member action and retention
- Design and launch new channels and creative activations to reach public sector workers
- Act as product expert, educating members and feeding insights back into the business
- Track, analyse and present performance metrics to senior leadership with clear recommendations
- Manage the full employee journey from initial touchpoint to active membership
Qualifications
- Hands-on end-to-end campaign ownership experience
- Outstanding copywriting skills across short and long form
- Strong design sensibility and customer-experience instincts
- Comfortable operating across the full marketing mix: copy, creative, CRM, data and experimentation
- Self-starter mindset with ability to build from a blank slate
- High agency and autonomy in fast-paced environments
- Data-driven decision making and test-and-learn approach
- Proficient at using AI for sharper thinking and task automation
