We are seeking a results-driven Email Marketing Specialist to design, implement, and optimize email campaigns and automation flows that boost customer engagement, loyalty, and revenue for our e-commerce furniture brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns supporting sales, product launches, promotions, and retention.
- Plan campaign calendars aligned with broader marketing initiatives.
- Build and manage Klaviyo automation workflows including welcome, cart abandonment, post-purchase, and re-engagement sequences.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to create visually appealing, on-brand email templates.
- Segment audiences based on purchase history, browsing behavior, and other data for personalized targeting.
- Analyze campaign metrics and implement data-driven optimizations.
- Conduct A/B tests on subject lines, design, and content.
- Ensure email content matches brand tone and is accurate for each region.
- Stay current with email marketing and e-commerce trends.
- Maintain compliance with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other relevant regulations.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in email marketing, preferably in e-commerce or retail.
- Expert-level proficiency in Klaviyo, including segmentation, automation, dynamic content, and reporting.
- Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, trends, and analytics.
- Excellent written communication and creative skills for compelling, on-brand copy.
- Basic design skills with Figma or Canva.
- Proficiency in data analysis and translating insights into strategy.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify or WooCommerce and their Klaviyo integrations.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple campaigns at once.
- Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
