Mid-senior Email/SMS Marketing Manager responsible for building, deploying, and optimizing lifecycle campaigns that drive retention, subscription growth, and customer lifetime value for a DTC health and wellness supplement brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, QA, and deploy email and SMS campaigns and automated flows in Klaviyo against the lifecycle roadmap.
  • Manage campaign calendars, dynamic content, segmentation, and on-site subscriber acquisition flows.
  • Maintain list hygiene, deliverability monitoring, and documented pre-send QA processes.
  • Serve as Klaviyo platform administrator and troubleshoot integrations with Shopify Plus and Recharge.
  • Reconcile data across platforms, produce accurate reporting, and execute A/B tests.
  • Coordinate with copy, ecommerce, and CX teams on messaging and subscription touchpoints.

Qualifications

  • 3-5+ years executing email and SMS marketing at DTC consumer brands, preferably health, wellness, beauty, or consumables.
  • Deep hands-on Klaviyo expertise including advanced flows, segmentation, deliverability, A/B testing, and analytics.
  • Hands-on experience with Shopify Plus and Recharge in a subscription DTC environment.
  • Proficient in HTML/CSS for email templates and rendering troubleshooting.
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets and AI tool proficiency for data analysis and reporting.
  • Documented QA discipline with a track record of zero major send errors at scale.
  • Experience reconciling data across email, subscription, ecommerce, and attribution platforms.
  • Strong understanding of email and SMS compliance (FTC, TCPA, CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
  • Excellent written communication and ability to work independently against a roadmap.
