Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete cold email process from inception to execution
• Configure domains, inboxes, and necessary infrastructure
• Develop and implement strategic campaign plans
• Create or supervise persuasive email content
• Oversee email warm-up processes and deliverability optimization
• Deploy campaigns and track daily performance metrics
• Conduct testing, refinements, and expansions on successful strategies
• Monitor key performance indicators and drive ongoing enhancements

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success in large-scale cold email operations
• Expertise in email deliverability and inbox optimization
• Proficiency in crafting or managing effective email copy
• Background in campaign testing and scaling
• Analytical approach to data and decision-making
• Strong sense of accountability and proactive execution
• Fluent in clear English communication, both written and spoken
• Relevant professional experience
• Ability to provide background checks including NBI or local police clearance
• Availability for video calls with camera enabled as required
