Key Responsibilities
- Build, manage, and optimize email infrastructure while setting up and testing automated campaigns
- Monitor email performance, conduct deliverability audits, and run split tests to improve results
- Develop monetization and customer engagement email flows including repeat purchase sequences
- Maintain content calendars across social, blog, and owned channels while ensuring brand consistency
- Coordinate with creators and teams to produce optimized content for different platforms
- Manage influencer and ambassador program including evaluation, communication, budgeting, and performance tracking
- Oversee project scope, timelines, resources, and risks for marketing initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing including email, paid media buying, and content strategy
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using Klaviyo, HubSpot, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and tools like Hyros, Triplewhale or Segmetrics
- Proficient in Excel for data analysis, formulas, and pivot tables
- Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to collaborate cross-functionally
- Highly organized and detail-oriented; comfortable managing multiple projects remotely via Slack and Zoom
- Experience managing influencer networks and content creation campaigns
