Lead development, execution and optimisation of the team’s digital channels, overseeing the official website and global email communications to deliver premium fan, partner and stakeholder experiences that reflect Cadillac’s prestige in Formula 1.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the official team website, ensuring visual appeal, currency and performance optimisation
  • Collaborate with designers, developers and content teams on new features, landing pages and campaign microsites
  • Monitor website performance (traffic, engagement, conversion) and continuously refine UX/UI
  • Implement SEO best practices to drive organic growth
  • Plan, create and execute global email campaigns including newsletters, fan engagement and partner communications
  • Build and manage segmented email lists for personalised, targeted content
  • Optimise campaigns via testing, automation and lifecycle journeys
  • Ensure compliance with data protection and email-marketing regulations
  • Track and analyse web and email performance using Google Analytics, CRM and email tools
  • Produce regular reports with actionable insights for marketing leadership
  • Use data to improve ROI and fan engagement
  • Align web and email activity with brand campaigns, race calendar and sponsorship activations
  • Support product launches, race promotions and exclusive content drops
  • Manage CMS platforms, email marketing tools and CRM integrations

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in web management and email marketing, ideally in sport, automotive or high-performance brands
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience interpreting data and optimising campaigns
  • Hands-on experience with CMS platforms, email marketing tools (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Mailchimp) and analytics tools
  • Understanding of SEO, UX/UI principles and digital best practices
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills
  • Passion for motorsport, innovation and fan engagement
  • Must meet U.S. export control requirements (U.S. Person or eligible non-U.S. Person)
