Campaign Manager at ITG focuses on executing high-impact email marketing campaigns across various platforms in a dynamic, client-oriented setting, collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain exceptional quality and meet deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively liaise with the Account team for the client, and solve client issues as needed
- End-to-end management of campaigns and projects, from initial concept to deployment
- Day-to-day customer relationship management – internal and clients directly
- Improve performance and efficiencies through reporting and optimisation
- Construct detailed reports to analyse performance and sales data to help identify areas of growth on the client account
- Liaise between the design team, data team, developers and client team, completing briefs for each department
- Ensuring all deadlines are met for each stage of a project and campaign
- Understand creative and technical components of online marketing
- Understanding of CRM platform technology
- Support monthly reporting activities in conjunction with the Account Director
Qualifications
- Customer centric approach with exceptional service delivery
- Experience with CRM processing and systems
- Ability to manage own time and deliver quality, accuracy, and speed
- Demonstrate ability to manage client expectations and pro-actively resolve issues
- Experience within a marketing agency is ideal
- Ability to understand and appreciate creative and technical components of online marketing
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced, hard-working environment
- Email marketing and digital experience preferable
- Analytical mind with understanding of data
