Lead the development and execution of personalized email and multi-channel marketing strategies to enhance customer retention, loyalty, and lifetime value at a company focused on natural bone health solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage lifecycle automations and campaigns across customer journey stages to boost retention, loyalty, reorder rates, and lifetime value
- Enhance personalization of communications via email, SMS, push notifications, and other owned channels for relevance and timeliness
- Leverage data insights for segmentation to deliver targeted messaging
- Build, optimize, and scale customer journeys using platforms like SFMC, Klaviyo, or Braze, with ongoing testing and performance improvements
- Oversee marketing automation performance and expansion of channels like SMS and push notifications
- Ensure best practices in email design and messaging
- Lead, coach, and develop a small cross-functional team, setting quality standards and guiding daily operations
Qualifications
- 3+ years in email and database marketing or related field
- Proven success in developing, implementing, and analyzing automated customer journeys across multiple channels
- 3+ years with marketing automation platforms such as Braze, Klaviyo, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Braze certifications preferred)
- Familiarity with CRMs like Salesforce
- Direct response marketing experience
- Knowledge of reward/subscription programs, loyalty flows, and lead funnels
- Data-driven with strong analytical skills to measure program effectiveness and provide actionable insights
- Solid grasp of consumer marketing, customer segmentation, and multi-channel strategies
- Highly organized with attention to detail, presentation skills, business acumen, problem-solving, and project management abilities
- Experience managing a small cross-functional team
- Background in health/supplement industry is advantageous
