Key Responsibilities

  • Execute monthly webinars in Zoom from scheduling and tracking to live hosting, follow-up, and reporting
  • Manage weekly newsletters and email campaigns in ActiveCampaign
  • Repurpose long-form content such as webinars, coaching sessions, and podcasts into blog posts, email sequences, social media posts, and short videos
  • Maintain marketing operations including promo calendars, Vimeo library, organized file systems, AV setup for events, and email inbox management
  • Assist with campaign launches, event support, design tasks, research, and general team support

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of professional experience in a business or SaaS setting
  • Strong writing abilities to refine notes or transcripts into polished content
  • Active use of AI tools to enhance efficiency and output quality
  • High organizational skills with attention to detail, including file library management and version control
  • Comfort with on-camera presence and basic video operation
  • Preferred: Experience with email platforms like ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp, or HubSpot
  • Preferred: Hands-on webinar production or execution using Zoom or similar tools
  • Preferred: Design proficiency in Canva or Figma
  • Preferred: Video editing skills in Descript, CapCut, Premiere Rush, or equivalent
  • Preferred: Familiarity with Microsoft 365 suite including Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive
  • Nice to have: Experience in financial services, advisor coaching, or RIA/BD sectors
  • Nice to have: Background in converting long-form content to short-form formats
