Support daily digital marketing operations for premium outdoor brands by assisting with email, SMS, paid media, and event coordination while collaborating across creative, content, and e-commerce teams in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and schedule email campaigns using go-to-market calendars; manage automated flows and lifecycle marketing campaigns
- Support SMS campaign execution including scheduling, segmentation, reporting, and QA
- Coordinate creative asset trafficking and paid media updates with agency partners; assist with reporting and recaps
- Help manage event logistics, timelines, inventory coordination, and on-site support for trade shows and brand activations
- Maintain marketing calendars, campaign documentation, and cross-team asset delivery with creative, content, and e-commerce functions
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, eCommerce, marketing coordination, or related fields
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms, Shopify, and/or SMS platforms preferred
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
