Build and scale a customer retention program for ProCaps Laboratories by owning email and SMS lifecycle strategy, Klaviyo platform architecture, segmentation, automation, and retention reporting in a hands-on, foundational role.
Key Responsibilities
- Own Klaviyo platform setup, optimization, and lifecycle reporting dashboards
- Design lifecycle framework, segmentation strategy, and measurement approach
- Build email and SMS template systems, calendars, and list-growth programs
- Create and optimize automated customer journeys including welcome, abandonment, post-purchase, education, replenishment, subscription, and win-back flows
- Develop and execute A/B testing programs to improve engagement and LTV
- Establish Voice of Customer program; collect and analyze feedback to update personas and journey maps
- Define lifecycle KPIs, monitor retention trends, and deliver recurring performance reports
- Align acquisition and retention efforts with DTC and Performance Marketing teams
- Evaluate and support loyalty-program implementation to drive repeat purchases
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- 8+ years of lifecycle marketing, CRM, retention, or email marketing experience
- Proven experience building lifecycle programs and automation frameworks from scratch
- Strong hands-on Klaviyo expertise
- Experience with customer segmentation, lifecycle reporting, and retention analysis
- Demonstrated success improving engagement and retention metrics
- Excellent written communication skills in an educational, credibility-based brand voice
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Builder mentality with the ability to create systems independently
- Customer empathy and strategic thinking balanced with hands-on execution
- Comfortable influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority
