Part-time position leading the development and expansion of a direct-to-consumer Shopify store for a science-backed women’s health supplements brand, emphasizing subscription models to boost revenue from early stages to significant growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the Shopify growth engine by optimizing the customer journey from landing pages to checkout
  • Improve conversion rates and revenue per visitor across the store
  • Implement and refine subscription-focused offers
  • Manage Shopify apps for subscriptions, upsells, bundles, and landing pages to enhance average order value and subscriptions
  • Ensure accurate tracking and data integration
  • Conduct ongoing A/B testing on pages, products, pricing, and messaging
  • Drive subscriber acquisition through popups, forms, and SMS flows
  • Optimize store merchandising, product positioning, and promotional elements
  • Develop and enhance email marketing and lifecycle automations like welcome, abandoned cart, and retention flows
  • Perform basic Shopify theme modifications for landing pages and promotions

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in a 7+ figure Shopify subscription-based brand
  • Expertise in owning store performance and revenue metrics
  • Deep understanding of Shopify tools including subscriptions, upsells, and landing pages
  • Experience with conversion optimization and A/B testing initiatives
  • Proficiency in email platforms and automated flows such as Klaviyo
  • Commercial acumen regarding margins, conversion rates, and lifetime value
  • Autonomous, accountable, and fast-paced with a builder mentality
