Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to boost revenue, visibility, and customer loyalty
- Manage relationships with key eRetailers like Amazon
- Monitor KPIs, analyze performance data, and generate actionable insights
- Track competitor activities and uncover growth opportunities
- Manage product listings, content, and promotional activities
- Maintain a robust and consistent digital shelf presence
- Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and regional teams across Europe
- Represent the company at trade shows and industry events
Qualifications
- University degree or equivalent
- 2-4 years of experience in e-commerce, digital sales, or key account management (FMCG preferred)
- Experience with Amazon or similar platforms is advantageous
- Strong analytical and commercial mindset
- Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and analytics tools
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Fluency in French, Dutch, and English
