Hands-on operational role ensuring seamless execution across Shopify catalogue management, retailer pipeline tracking, and weekly ecommerce reporting for a growing luxury writing instruments brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the Shopify catalogue end-to-end, including product uploads, descriptions, imagery, pricing, tagging, and collections with full accuracy across all markets.
- Maintain and update the retailer outreach tracker, logging all conversations, follow-ups, and next actions to keep the pipeline active.
- Produce the weekly ecommerce report autonomously, delivering clean, action-oriented performance data.
- Coordinate new market and product launch asset production, managing timelines, briefing designers and translators, and ensuring on-time delivery.
- Draft and send trade communications to retail partners, written to brand standards.
- Build and maintain ecommerce dashboards for performance visibility and proactively flag risks or anomalies before escalation.
Qualifications
- Hands-on Shopify experience managing live stores, catalogue management, product uploads, and data accuracy.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to close loops independently and track outstanding work.
- Comfortable with data, including building dashboards, maintaining trackers, and presenting performance insights.
- Excellent written English for drafting brand-consistent trade communications.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams across markets while maintaining detail.
- AI-literate with confidence using tools for writing, reporting, and workflow automation.
- Desirable: experience in wholesale, retail account management, or trade marketing.
- Desirable: exposure to multi-market or international marketing operations including asset localisation.
- Desirable: background in premium, lifestyle, or gifting brands with strong attention to presentation standards.
- Desirable: experience with analytics platforms beyond spreadsheets such as Shopify Analytics or Google Analytics.
