Key Responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day client communication across assigned accounts
  • Lead client calls, updates, and check-ins with confidence and commercial context
  • Translate client goals into clear briefs, timelines, and action plans - with an eye on feasibility and margin
  • Act as the alignment point between client expectations and campaign delivery

Qualifications

  • 2+ years’ experience in account management, client services or project coordination (agency preferred)
  • Exposure to UGC, social-first creative or performance marketing
  • Strong communication skills — clear, calm, and confident with clients and internally
  • Commercial awareness — you understand that great outcomes need to be profitable ones
  • Organised and process-driven, comfortable managing multiple accounts without losing grip on the details
  • Curiosity and eagerness to learn how performance creative drives growth
  • Familiarity with Meta & TikTok ecosystems (conceptually, not buying)
  • A proactive, decision-led mindset — you move with intent, not just instruction
