Own end-to-end marketing strategy for an expanding e-commerce brand of premium campervan accessories, balancing performance execution with long-term brand building while leading a team of three specialists.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and emerging platforms; scale profitable acquisition and retargeting funnels with weekly KPI reporting.
- Define and execute brand and growth strategies to increase awareness, community engagement, and brand search volume; represent the brand voice in the vanlife community.
- Own marketing KPIs (MER, ROAS, CAC, LTV, AOV) and use GA4, Shopify Analytics, and attribution tools for decision-making and forecasting.
- Collaborate on creative direction including hooks, messaging, UGC, landing pages, and storytelling aligned with the outdoors lifestyle.
- Optimize customer journeys from acquisition to retention and partner with CX and product on the on-site experience.
- Manage and allocate marketing budgets for maximum efficiency.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, logistics, and product teams to align campaigns with inventory and launches.
Qualifications
- 4+ years as a Marketing Manager (or above) in a DTC e-commerce environment.
- Hands-on Shopify experience.
- Experience managing a team of at least 3 members.
- Direct experience marketing to the US market.
- Proven ability to scale Meta and Google campaigns profitably.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Comfortable with creative strategy, funnel optimization, and rapid experimentation.
- Excellent communication and project leadership skills.
