Seeking a analytics-focused Ecommerce Manager to lead conversion rate optimization efforts and oversee operational execution for multiple Shopify-based brands, blending strategic testing with project coordination to boost revenue, reporting to the Director of Ecommerce and collaborating across teams like development, design, and marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and sustain a comprehensive experimentation roadmap
- Identify priority opportunities in product detail pages, collections, cart, and checkout areas
- Prepare detailed test specifications for development and design teams
- Establish testable hypotheses and forecast revenue benefits
- Verify implementations prior to rollout
- Examine test outcomes and determine additional revenue generated
- Deliver findings and strategic advice
- Convert high-level strategies into organized tasks in Asana or Jira
- Oversee timelines for initiatives across various brands
- Facilitate coordination among development, design, paid media, and brand groups
- Minimize delays and enforce deadline adherence
- Update documentation and standard operating procedures
- Ensure timely and error-free deployment of tests and site enhancements
Qualifications
- 2–5 years in ecommerce operations, with preference for Shopify platforms
- Firm knowledge of conversion dynamics including CVR, AOV, and traffic volume
- Proven track record in executing and supervising A/B testing programs
- At least 1 year utilizing Asana or Jira for task oversight
- Capability to produce concise, organized instructions for development groups
- Robust project management skills with strong follow-through
- Ease in interpreting data from GA4, Shopify reports, and conversion funnels
