Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce strategies to drive sales and improve customer experience.
- Manage day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform, ensuring smooth functionality and optimal performance.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improve product offerings.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create and execute promotional campaigns that enhance visibility and attract traffic.
- Optimize website content, product listings, and user experience to increase conversion rates.
- Oversee inventory management and fulfillment processes to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in e-commerce management or digital marketing, preferably within the retail sector.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making and strategy.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and tools such as Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce.
