Join a rapidly expanding DTC ecommerce company in the wellness sector as Digital Marketing Manager, where you’ll partner directly with founders and executives to influence major budget decisions, optimize AI-integrated strategies, and drive high-impact campaigns in content, analytics, and operations for premium products with substantial order values.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage content marketing by updating buying guides, comparison pages, and product details with sourced, accurate information to support AI-driven discovery and maintain trust.
- Act as primary liaison with performance agencies for creative reviews, feedback on ad copy and assets, and strategic alignment across email, paid, and organic channels.
- Contribute to analytics and reporting by interpreting performance data, identifying discrepancies across platforms like GA4 and Shopify, and providing insightful synthesis for leadership.
- Oversee campaign operations including Klaviyo execution reviews, promotional setups in Shopify, and coordination of multi-channel timing for promotions and launches.
- Handle vendor and platform operations by triaging issues in tools like Shopify and Google Merchant Center, documenting problems, and managing support communications.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years in DTC ecommerce marketing with execution in content and campaigns.
- Proficiency in Klaviyo for flows, segmentation, and reporting, plus Shopify Admin for discounts and operations.
- Strong analytical skills to interrogate GA4 data and distinguish valid metrics from errors.
- Technical literacy to spot issues like tracking failures and communicate them effectively.
- Excellent writing for precise, persuasive content at high price points.
- Experience with high-AOV products, GEO, agency collaboration, and CRO preferred.
- Daily use of AI tools, optimization mindset, and proactive idea-sharing.
