Oversee the strategy and operations of TikTok Shops for e-commerce brands, focusing on full-funnel growth through hands-on management, team oversight, and performance optimization in a remote role with optional office access.

Key Responsibilities

  • Launch and manage TikTok Shops for multiple clients, including product listings, pricing, inventory synchronization, and campaign strategies
  • Develop and refine monthly growth plans aligned with client goals
  • Monitor and optimize shop performance to enhance conversions, traffic, and average order value
  • Report to the TikTok Shop Lead to support client relationships and portfolio expansion
  • Manage internal Affiliate Managers and develop creator outreach, sourcing, recruitment, briefing, and performance evaluation
  • Plan and execute sales initiatives such as product launches, seasonal promotions, and platform events in collaboration with internal teams
  • Track campaign performance and adjust strategies based on data, trends, and platform updates
  • Serve as primary strategic contact for clients, delivering performance updates, recommendations, weekly reports, and monthly insights

Qualifications

  • 2–3+ years in e-commerce, social commerce, or digital marketing
  • Strong knowledge of TikTok platform, tools, creators, and trends
  • Ability to handle multiple accounts efficiently, balancing attention to detail with speed
  • Excellent communication, performance analysis, and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Self-motivated, accountable, and proactive in seeking scaling opportunities
  • Bonus: Experience with DTC stores on Shopify, Amazon, or WooCommerce
  • Bonus: Involvement in TikTok Shop or Creator Marketplace campaigns
