Lead day-to-day management and optimization of a TikTok Shop operation while building scalable processes that will later support a growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily TikTok Shop operations and coordinate with TikTok representatives
- Create, update, and optimize product listings and catalog structure
- Collaborate with creators and affiliates on promotional campaigns
- Clean up existing workflows and establish processes to support scaling
- Prepare to transition into a team-lead role with direct reports
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years managing TikTok Shop accounts
- Strong understanding of TikTok Shop operations, listings, and ecosystem
- Experience coordinating with TikTok representatives
- Proven ability to manage multiple workflows and stakeholders
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- C1-level English communication
- Comfortable in fast-paced, evolving environments
- Amazon MCF experience (nice-to-have)
- Creator/affiliate program experience (nice-to-have)
- Prior leadership experience (nice-to-have)
