The TikTok Shop Manager US role at Birdman involves leading and expanding the U.S. TikTok Shop channel for a thriving health and wellness brand, managing all aspects from operations to advertising and affiliate partnerships to drive revenue growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily TikTok Shop US operations via Seller Center, including product listings, inventory, orders, returns, and account health.
  • Enhance product listings with optimized titles, descriptions, images, videos, and attributes to boost organic visibility and conversions.
  • Track and maintain key account health indicators such as Order Completion Rate, Return Rate, and Policy Score.
  • Develop, implement, and refine TikTok Ads campaigns targeting sales (VSA, GMV Max, LIVE Ads), overseeing budgets with ROAS as the primary measure.
  • Collaborate with content and creator teams to maintain a steady flow of effective shoppable videos matching business goals.
  • Direct the TikTok Shop Affiliate Program, encompassing strategy, creator selection, commission setup, and performance evaluation.
  • Oversee and mentor the Affiliate Specialist, assigning priorities, assessing results, and offering continuous guidance.
  • Conduct performance analysis and provide weekly reports featuring insights on GMV, ROAS, affiliates, and conversion rates.
  • Organize the US TikTok Shop commercial calendar, covering major sales events, promotions, and product launches.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of direct TikTok Shop operations experience using Seller Center, beyond content creation.
  • Demonstrated success in handling TikTok Ads for conversions and GMV growth (VSA, GMV Max, LIVE Ads).
  • Prior involvement in managing or assisting TikTok Shop Affiliate Programs, including creator outreach, engagement, commissions, and tracking.
  • Essential experience in the US TikTok Shop landscape, including local creators, policies, and consumer trends.
  • Preference for background in CPG, health and wellness, supplements, or similar consumer goods.
  • Previous role in leading or guiding at least one junior team member or specialist.
  • Expertise in TikTok Seller Center functionalities.
  • Proficiency in TikTok Ads Manager and key metrics like ROAS and ACoS, plus attribution methods.
  • Knowledge of TikTok Shop Affiliate systems (Open Plan and Targeted Plan).
  • Fluent or native English proficiency in writing and speaking.
  • Intermediate Excel capabilities for tracking and reporting purposes.
  • Desirable: familiarity with Shopify or Amazon platforms.
