eCommerce Executive - APAC at The Beauty Tech Group Trading Limited, Manchester, United Kingdom

We seek a commercially focused digital professional to support APAC ecommerce growth in South Korea and Hong Kong by overseeing daily website operations and trading activities across regional sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily website operations including product launches, pricing updates, content changes, promotions, translations, and onsite merchandising.
• Support marketplace channel management and monitor sales performance to identify growth opportunities.
• Track website and marketplace KPIs such as revenue, conversion rate, traffic, and customer engagement.
• Collaborate with Brand, Development, and Channel teams to deliver trading campaigns aligned to business goals.
• Produce performance reports using Shopify, Google Analytics, and other ecommerce tools, sharing insights with stakeholders.
• Analyse website, marketplace, and customer data to uncover actionable insights and growth opportunities.
• Conduct competitor and market research to inform trading strategy for local markets.
• Support CRM campaigns, SEO activities, and onsite optimisation to improve customer acquisition and retention.
• Identify and manage local partnership opportunities to boost brand awareness and sales.

Qualifications

• Fluent Korean and English with strong written and verbal communication skills; Traditional Chinese advantageous.
• Self-motivated, reliable, and able to deliver consistent high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-team collaboration abilities.
• Knowledge of Asian consumer behaviour, ecommerce trends, key trading periods, and South Korea/Hong Kong market dynamics.
• Understanding of ecommerce, digital marketing channels, and online customer journeys.
• Experience managing ecommerce websites, preferably on Shopify or similar platforms.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple priorities.
• Enthusiasm for beauty, technology, and ecommerce.
