Key Responsibilities

• Produce and maintain trading reports on sales, stock, and operations to spot risks and opportunities
• Manage stock risks like out-of-stock items, sizing effects, restocking chances, and aging inventory with proactive recommendations
• Convert customer feedback, returns data, and trends into performance enhancements
• Ensure inventory oversight for optimal availability and readiness across eCommerce
• Collaborate with supply chain teams on forecasts, intake, fulfillment, SLAs, and constraints
• Identify and mitigate risks such as out-of-stock, excess stock, and aging products with escalations
• Plan stock for peaks, launches, loyalty programs, and events
• Prepare operations for new products, seasons, campaigns, and extras like samples or wrapping
• Maintain accurate stock and sales forecasts by category for risk mitigation and planning
• Support seasonal budgeting and reforecasting with data insights
• Align forecasts to trading schedules, capacity, and supply chain shifts
• Improve forecast accuracy using historical and operational data
• Enhance eCommerce merchandising and supply chain processes for efficiency and scalability
• Represent operations in supply chain forums for clear communication of updates and risks
• Collaborate on system upgrades, reporting, stock visibility, and workflows
• Plan readiness for peaks, fulfillment updates, and major events
