Temporary Ecommerce Project Manager at Blueprint, Remote in United States

Temporary role supporting fast-paced ecommerce and digital teams by managing project workflows, timelines, and cross-functional coordination to deliver smooth execution across initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day ecommerce project workflows across multiple teams
• Coordinate kickoffs, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
• Organize developer workloads and sprint tasks
• Maintain visibility into priorities, blockers, and dependencies
• Ensure timely cross-functional handoffs
• Track progress and communicate updates, risks, and changes
• Facilitate meetings and project check-ins
• Create and maintain documentation and reporting
• Partner with teams to support launches, promotions, and optimizations
• Streamline internal workflows and improve efficiency
• Support QA and launch readiness processes

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in ecommerce or digital environments
• Strong understanding of ecommerce operations and website development workflows
• Experience managing developer tasks and agile-style workflows
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with Asana, Jira, Monday.com, ClickUp or similar tools
• Proactive in identifying bottlenecks and driving solutions
• Ecommerce platform experience (Shopify) is a plus
