Key Responsibilities
- Support planning and execution of email and SMS campaigns
- Aid in reviewing and improving automated customer journeys such as welcome series, post-purchase, and replenishment flows
- Contribute to campaign scheduling and rollout of promotions
- Assist in developing briefs for creative materials in marketing efforts
- Facilitate updates to merchandising and promotions on digital platforms
- Participate in launching TikTok Shop features and promotional activities
- Monitor and manage creator-generated content and product associations
- Gather and categorize user-generated and influencer content

Qualifications
