We are looking for a seasoned leader to direct the digital and ecommerce functions at a rapidly expanding international fashion retailer, managing teams in ecommerce, digital advertising, CRM, and web development to enhance strategy, optimize performance, and foster innovation across Australian, UK, and US platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guide and nurture teams in ecommerce, digital marketing, CRM, and web development to promote innovation, responsibility, and superior results
  • Formulate and implement a worldwide ecommerce plan to boost customer interaction, enhance conversions, and increase online sales
  • Collaborate with executives to plan the yearly trading schedule, synchronizing promotions, campaigns, and product introductions
  • Spot and apply fresh trading avenues, pricing approaches, and promotional efforts to optimize business results
  • Direct trading operations on desktop, mobile, and app interfaces to elevate traffic, involvement, and revenue
  • Track and refine essential metrics such as sessions, conversion rates, average order values, ROI, and customer lifetime value
  • Deliver weekly performance analyses and reports in trade sessions, offering practical suggestions to executives
  • Oversee the complete customer path on all international sites to provide a fluid and effective experience
  • Manage product display strategies to heighten visibility and opportunities for cross-selling and upselling
  • Handle the rollout and management of promotions and campaigns across websites
  • Examine search patterns and browsing habits to improve navigation, search outcomes, and product recommendations
  • Align onsite materials with SEO standards to aid natural expansion
  • Direct CRM efforts for impactful email and SMS initiatives that enhance engagement, loyalty, and earnings
  • Supervise campaigns via email and SMS for major promotions and launches
  • Refine loyalty schemes in primary markets to boost repeat buys and customer value
  • Improve acquisition and retention pathways for better customer satisfaction and conversions
  • Oversee digital marketing and affiliate groups, directing strategies, results, and budgets on platforms like Meta, TikTok, Google, Pinterest, Snapchat, and affiliates
  • Track and adjust campaign spending for optimal ROI
  • Manage affiliate relationships for brand consistency and profitable results
  • Lead web development, UX, and analytics teams to create exceptional ecommerce interfaces
  • Direct the digital product agenda, focusing on growth-aligned and customer-centric projects
  • Oversee site operations, aesthetics, and user-friendliness, advancing enhancements via A/B tests and user feedback
  • Establish a UX testing plan and share findings from trials and evaluations
  • Maintain data reliability in ecommerce analytics and reporting systems
  • Build reporting structures and dashboards for insightful overviews to executives and teams
  • Apply data to guide choices in trading, marketing, customer service, and digital products
  • Partner with product, merchandise, operations, and third-party logistics to align stock and streamline fulfillment
  • Suggest and deploy new ecommerce technologies, systems, and processes for greater efficiency and expansion

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated success in leading, coaching, and expanding digital, ecommerce, and marketing teams
  • Substantial background in managing international ecommerce operations, with proven results in boosting online revenue and efficiency
  • In-depth knowledge of Shopify Plus, encompassing its structure, connections, and ecosystem
  • Proficient use of merchandising tools, CRM platforms, personalization software, and analytics systems to support customer acquisition, loyalty, and value
  • Strategic commercial acumen to convert data and observations into practical growth plans
  • Advanced skills in analysis with a data-focused approach, interpreting user actions, sales results, and digital indicators
  • Solid grasp of ecommerce technical setups, including front-end and back-end, for collaborating with developers on scalable solutions
  • Outstanding abilities in planning, prioritizing, and leading projects in dynamic settings
  • Familiarity with purchasing, merchandising, and inventory planning in retail or fashion sectors
  • Background in high-growth, rapid ecommerce settings is advantageous
