Visualsoft seeks a Marketplaces Executive to oversee operational tasks within the Marketplaces team, implementing technical strategies for client success on major platforms such as Amazon and eBay, while collaborating with Account Directors to maintain optimal marketplace performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily operations on marketplace platforms like Amazon and eBay as directed by Account Directors.
- Develop, oversee, and refine product listings, ensuring compliance with SEO standards and internal procedures for titles, descriptions, images, and bullet points.
- Perform keyword research to enhance organic visibility and product discoverability.
- Manage marketplace connectors and PIM systems, including Channel Engine, M2E, Channable, and Visualsoft tools, to facilitate inventory synchronization, pricing adjustments, and order processing via CSV and APIs.
- Detect and resolve integration errors, feed problems, and listing suspensions proactively.
- Support the configuration, ongoing management, and enhancement of Amazon PPC campaigns to boost ROI, including structure building, bid management, and negative keyword application.
- Deploy and track promotions, deals, and coupons on Amazon and eBay to increase sales momentum.
- Collect and analyze data from Seller Central, Seller Hub, and analytics platforms, preparing reports and insights using advanced tools to recommend listing optimizations.
- Provide dependable operational assistance to assigned teams, enabling Account Directors to prioritize strategy and client relations.
- Document technical tasks, support requests, and time entries in Synergist, achieving targets for utilization and productivity.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated practical expertise in operating Amazon Seller Central and eBay Seller Hub.
- Solid knowledge of marketplace SEO, listing optimization, and content guidelines.
- Technical proficiency to adapt quickly to connectors and inventory tools like Channel Engine, M2E, Channable, and Linnworks.
- Outstanding attention to detail, organizational abilities, and capacity to juggle multiple tasks with effective prioritization.
- Advanced computer skills and data analysis proficiency, especially in Excel or Google Sheets using functions like VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and CSV handling.
- Proactive approach and self-driven interest in mastering marketplace technical and operational elements.
- Effective written communication for reporting and team interactions.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Amazon PPC management and promotions (desirable).
- Prior experience in a digital agency support position (desirable).
- Relevant certifications such as Amazon Ads (desirable).
- Familiarity with API troubleshooting or technical support collaboration (desirable).
