Key Responsibilities
- Manage HubSpot platform, including ticketing system optimization, workflow development, and performance reporting.
- Facilitate customer service representative rollout for ticketing adoption and consistent usage across operating units.
- Enhance overall HubSpot ticketing system efficiency through monitoring and improvements.
- Apply AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude to boost marketing productivity, content refinement, and analytical insights.
- Develop and implement AI-powered workflows, prompts, or agents for marketing and operational tasks.
- Leverage AI analytics to evaluate performance and uncover improvement opportunities.
- Oversee eCommerce product configurations, ensuring accurate uploads with optimized metadata, headers, descriptions, and SEO compliance.

- Explore and execute automation and integration initiatives for greater efficiency.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline (preferred).
- 3–5 years in digital marketing, eCommerce management, marketing operations, or similar roles.
- Practical expertise with HubSpot, covering CRM, ticketing, workflows, and analytics.
- Familiarity with eCommerce platform administration, including product configuration and enhancements.
- Professional application of generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) for workflow creation and automation.
- Solid knowledge of SEO and AEO fundamentals, focusing on on-page elements like metadata, headers, and content organization.
