Entry-level position with CPM Benelux to promote Red Bull visibility in supermarkets across the Arnhem and surrounding regions, focusing on product placement, merchandising, and retail collaboration to drive brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit assigned supermarkets in the Arnhem, Ede, Veenendaal, Apeldoorn areas to ensure Red Bull products are well-stocked, visible, and priced correctly.
• Refill shelves, update price tags, and maintain accurate shelf communication materials.
• Create additional sales points, such as secondary shelf positions, eye-catching displays near checkouts, and deploy point-of-sale materials.
• Collaborate with store staff to build strong relationships and enhance Red Bull’s in-store execution.
• Gather on-site insights and report findings via the CRM system to support head office strategies.

Qualifications

• Driven individual eager to maximize performance and pursue self-development.
• Effective verbal and non-verbal communication skills with fluent Dutch proficiency.
• Retail or FMCG sector experience required; supermarket background highly preferred.
• Valid B driver’s license and residence in the Arnhem, Ede, Veenendaal, Apeldoorn region.
