We seek a mission-driven leader to own and scale DTC ecommerce channels on Shopify and TikTok Shop, focusing on revenue growth to $20M+ within 18 months through strategy, operations, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Own P&Ls for Shopify and TikTok Shop, targeting $20M+ in combined revenue
- Build repeatable growth systems using bundles, paid media, CRO, and lifecycle marketing
- Lead and develop a high-performing ecommerce team with accountability and results focus
- Manage high-velocity creative testing across Meta and TikTok, maintaining ROAS targets
- Launch monthly funnel-based offers and optimize sales metrics including CVR, AOV, CAC, and LTV
- Drive email and SMS revenue to 25% of Shopify sales through lifecycle flows and retention strategies
Qualifications
- 5-10+ years scaling DTC ecommerce brands on Shopify with paid social experience
- Proven track record growing brands beyond $20M in revenue
- Deep fluency in Meta and TikTok Ads and high-velocity creative testing
- Hands-on experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, and Postscript
- Strong understanding of bundles, upsells, funnels, and LTV
- Ability to write, review, and optimize high-converting landing pages
- Comfort leading remote teams with clear cadences and accountability
- High ownership mindset focused on building systems, leading people, and owning outcomes
