Lead the ecommerce operations as General Manager for Shopify and TikTok Shop at Hadley Designs, a brand focused on screen-free educational products, driving revenue growth to over $20M in 18 months while managing P&L, strategy, and team performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Scale Shopify and TikTok Shop revenues to exceed $20M combined within 18 months, targeting net margins of 15% on Shopify and 5% on TikTok Shop.
- Achieve ROAS thresholds of at least 2.0 on Meta and 3.5 on TikTok Shop.
- Launch a new high-converting bundle-based funnel monthly and ensure email/SMS contribute 25% of Shopify revenue.
- Test over 100 ad creatives weekly on Meta and TikTok, optimize paid traffic, and collaborate with affiliate and UGC teams.
- Develop and optimize funnels, CRO elements like CVR, AOV, upsells, and manage merchandising and seasonal campaigns.
- Oversee lifecycle marketing via Klaviyo and Postscript, including flows for welcome, abandonment, post-purchase, and win-back.
- Build SEO and blog strategies for organic traffic and forecast performance through weekly P&L reviews and scorecards.
- Lead a cross-functional team of 6+ members, establish operating rhythms, hire talent, and manage contractors remotely.
Qualifications
- 5-10+ years in DTC ecommerce, particularly with Shopify and paid social, including scaling brands beyond $20M.
- Proven success in owning revenue and profitability goals, with deep knowledge of Meta and TikTok Ads.
- Hands-on expertise in Klaviyo, Postscript, Shopify CMS, bundles, upsells, and LTV optimization.
- Ability to create and review high-converting landing pages and lead remote teams with structured cadences.
- Analytical mindset combined with creativity, strategic planning, operational execution, and alignment with values like ownership, innovation, and integrity.
