Lead the direct-to-consumer acquisition efforts as the general manager for Shopify and TikTok Shop, owning profit and loss, strategy, and execution to drive revenue growth to over $20 million in 18 months while meeting margin and ROAS targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Scale Shopify and TikTok Shop revenue to exceed $20 million combined within 18 months, targeting at least 15% net margin on Shopify and 5% on TikTok Shop.
  • Test over 100 ad creatives weekly on Meta and TikTok, optimize paid traffic for ROAS thresholds, and collaborate with affiliate and UGC teams.
  • Launch a new high-converting bundle-based funnel monthly, optimize CVR, AOV, CAC, LTV, upsells, and manage merchandising and promotions.
  • Oversee lifecycle marketing via Klaviyo and Postscript, including flows for welcome, abandonment, post-purchase, and win-back, while developing SEO and blog strategies.
  • Analyze weekly P&Ls, deliver scorecards and growth plans, forecast performance, and identify scaling opportunities.
  • Lead a cross-functional team of 6+ members, establish operating rhythms, hire talent, and manage contractors remotely.

Qualifications

  • 5 to 10+ years in DTC ecommerce, particularly with Shopify and paid social platforms.
  • Proven success scaling brands beyond $20 million in revenue, owning profitability targets.
  • Expertise in Meta and TikTok Ads, Klaviyo, Postscript, and Shopify CMS.
  • Strong skills in bundles, upsells, LTV optimization, and creating high-converting landing pages.
  • Experience leading remote teams with analytical, creative, strategic, and operational capabilities.
