Key Responsibilities

  • Scale Shopify and TikTok Shop to exceed $20M combined revenue within 18 months while achieving targeted margins and ROAS
  • Launch monthly new bundle-based funnels and optimize conversion rates, AOV, CAC, and LTV
  • Test and optimize ad creatives across Meta and TikTok, collaborate with affiliate and UGC teams
  • Develop and refine email/SMS campaigns via Klaviyo and Postscript to drive 25% of Shopify revenue
  • Lead performance analysis, forecasting, and strategic planning with weekly P&L reviews
  • Manage and coach a remote cross-functional team of 6+, establish operating rhythms and hire talent

Qualifications

  • 5-10+ years in DTC ecommerce, focusing on Shopify and paid social platforms
  • Proven success scaling brands beyond $20M in revenue with full P&L accountability
  • Expertise in Meta and TikTok Ads, Klaviyo, Postscript, and Shopify CMS
  • Strong skills in bundle strategies, upsells, LTV optimization, and high-converting copywriting
  • Experience leading remote teams with analytical, creative, strategic, and operational capabilities
