Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the overall digital platform, advancing it from basic transactions to a holistic home integration experience.
  • Create and direct the strategic roadmap for digital products and user interface design.
  • Work with creative teams on content approaches including instructional videos and brand positioning.
  • Establish the long-term ecommerce direction and multi-phase plans to boost sales, conversion rates, and customer loyalty.
  • Oversee the selection and optimization of technology vendors for the website, including proposals and contracts.
  • Design and implement a mobile application strategy to serve as a key retention tool and differentiator.
  • Guide product and design choices while collaborating with external developers, aiming for internal capabilities.
  • Analyze customer behaviors and challenges using data to focus on high-value enhancements and internalize conversion rate optimization.
  • Collaborate with customer experience leadership to integrate feedback into digital strategies and conduct necessary research.
  • Direct digital aspects of sales events, launches, and collaborations for consistent messaging and seamless interactions.
  • Coordinate the full customer lifecycle across support, creative, and marketing functions to ensure unified experiences.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with comparable professional background in analytical positions.
  • At least 5-8 years in user experience, conversion optimization, and digital product management.
  • Proven track record in leading design, engineering, and technical teams.
  • Hands-on involvement in building ecommerce frameworks, including testing protocols and operational standards.
  • Bonus: Prior work in mobile application development.
  • Excellent leadership and communication abilities, with strong listening and adaptive learning.
  • Effective collaboration across diverse teams as a cooperative contributor.
  • Skill in handling concurrent tasks with organization, focus on outcomes, and efficient time allocation.
