The Director of E-Commerce leads DTC digital operations for ProCaps Laboratories, driving revenue growth across owned channels while building and managing a high-performing marketing team. The role centers on translating founder-led strategy into scalable, execution-focused systems and optimizing conversion, lifecycle, and subscription performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, manage, and develop a multi-function digital marketing team across paid media, lifecycle, social, and DTC execution with clear accountability and workflows.
  • Translate founder-led campaign ideas into actionable project plans, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and execution standards are met.
  • Own DTC e-commerce metrics including revenue, CVR, AOV, CAC, subscription performance, and LTV.
  • Direct website merchandising, landing page optimization, funnel development, SEO coordination, and on-site personalization.
  • Lead A/B testing initiatives across offers, product pages, checkout, subscriptions, and customer journeys.
  • Oversee email/SMS lifecycle marketing, retention programs, customer segmentation, and subscription growth strategies.
  • Guide social media execution, content amplification, social commerce, UGC, and creator partnerships aligned with acquisition goals.
  • Deliver performance reporting, build dashboards, and translate analytics into optimization and resource decisions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 7+ years of digital marketing/e-commerce experience with at least 3–4 years in a leadership role scaling DTC operations.
  • Proven track record building and developing high-performing teams with strong accountability and operational rigor.
  • Deep expertise in DTC funnel development, conversion rate optimization, lifecycle marketing, subscription models, and ROI-focused marketing.
  • Advanced knowledge of e-commerce platforms, CRM, marketing automation, GA4, Triple Whale/Northbeam, landing page tools, and attribution systems.
  • Experience in nutraceuticals, dietary supplements, or founder-led health/wellness brands is highly preferred.
  • Highly organized and execution-oriented in fast-paced, founder-led environments.
