The Senior Customer Marketing Manager leads the development and implementation of targeted campaigns and communications for M-Files’ existing customers in North America, emphasizing upselling, cross-selling via account-based marketing, events, webinars, product launches, and advocacy to foster engagement and growth, with balanced focus on regional and global initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute customer marketing strategies, including ABM and personalized campaigns, to drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities for pipeline generation in North America and globally.
  • Manage global customer webinars, North American events such as the Customer Advisory Board, and associated campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the global marketing team to adapt campaign materials and messaging to meet customer needs.
  • Oversee product launch communications from strategy to evaluation, coordinating with cross-functional teams on milestones and KPIs.
  • Produce and sustain content across the customer lifecycle to promote success stories, product upgrades, renewals, and expansions.
  • Distribute customer communications via channels like the M-Files Community, email, and social media to maintain engagement and deliver value.
  • Forecast, measure, analyze, and report on the performance of campaigns, events, and webinars.
  • Contribute to North American customer advocacy by identifying and leveraging success stories and testimonials.

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years in marketing, sales, or customer success within a tech-focused setting.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated expertise in crafting and implementing ABM approaches for customer expansion, upselling, and cross-selling.
  • Track record in planning and running diverse marketing activities, such as webinars and events.
  • Proven collaboration with sales and customer success teams to achieve pipeline and revenue goals.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools like HubSpot or ON24, including best practices for campaign development and execution.
  • Familiarity with customer communication platforms and CRMs.
  • Skill in producing engaging, audience-centric content to boost adoption and pipeline among current customers.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for working with stakeholders across sales, growth marketing, customer success, and advocacy.
  • Advanced English writing abilities, with enthusiasm for customer interactions.
